Complaint Against Dafabet – Deposit Not Credited

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my gaming account despite the payment being successfully completed.

Issue Details:

On ** June **** at approximately *:** PM, I made a deposit of ₹**,***.** (approximately ₹**,***) to my Dafabet account through UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my Axis Bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Dafabet wallet.

Transaction Details:

- UPI Transaction ID: ************
- Payment Method: Google Pay (UPI)

I immediately contacted Dafabet customer support and reported the issue. They acknowledged my complaint and created a support ticket. I also submitted all the requested documents, including the payment screenshot, bank statement, and UPI transaction details.

Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. My money has neither been credited to my Dafabet account nor refunded to my bank account. The prolonged delay has caused financial inconvenience and mental stress.

I request Voxya to intervene and direct Dafabet to resolve this matter immediately by either:

*. Crediting ₹**,***.** to my Dafabet account, or
*. Refunding ₹**,***.** to my original bank account without any further delay.

I am attaching the payment screenshot, bank statement, customer support communication, and transaction details as supporting evidence.
