Complaint Description:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint against Dafabet for failing to credit my deposited funds into my Dafabet wallet despite repeated follow-ups.
I made two deposits to my Dafabet account:
INR **,*** on **/**/**** at **:**:** IST
INR **,*** on **/**/**** at **:**:** IST
Both amounts were successfully deducted from my bank account, but neither of them has been credited to my Dafabet wallet till date.
I contacted Dafabet customer support multiple times. On ** January, I received an email from their support representative (Sayyad – Customer Support) stating that they are still “yet to secure the amount” and asked me to remain patient. However, no resolution or refund has been provided so far. (Screenshot attached as proof.)
This unreasonable delay and failure to credit or refund my money has caused me financial loss and mental stress.
I request Consumer Voxya to kindly intervene and help me get:
Immediate credit of INR **,*** to my Dafabet wallet OR
Full refund of INR **,*** to my original payment method
Compensation for the harassment and delay
I am attaching all relevant proofs including transaction receipts and the email from Dafabet support.
