Vediocon D2h - D2H channels not activated as per TRAI rules

I have provided list of channels as per my requirement and they have started charging me accordingly but have not activated many of the selected channel. Also there customer care number ********** is not working for last * days. They have also provided pack for lesser days than informed by customer care executive.
There is no response from Vediovon D*H. Please help.
