HP Gas Online - Cylinder not booked

I booked gas on *st of august ****. Amount got deducted from google pay and fas didnt get booked tried contacting hp gas multiple times but cant. Raised a dispute on google pay but its a waste app so no background help from google pay and my bank also denies help. Please help me get my money back
