E-Commerce Applications Private Limited - Cycle complaint

I bought a bicycle from Flipkart two months ago and I was struck by a substandard bicycle.Because of that I was riding my bicycle when the bicycle broke into two pieces .This complaint gives the impression that they have not died a Responsibility even though I have completed it on Flipkart a number of times.This is a bicycle taken from Bajaj Finance. I have only paid for two months. I have four more months to pay.I need your help to get the money.
