Name of CISF personal - Cyber Fraudulent activity

I had seen furniture ad on quicker App. I got the details and contact person. He told the details and send army canteen receipt for all items and told he is CISF personal. Hello asked for half of money and transport charge and send me billing receipt. I send the amount and he asked for another half of rupee saying that UTR has not generated you have to pay again otherwise transportation will be cancelled. I realise that is a fraudulent activity and I denied. Then he started to threaten me if you will not send money then army will take against you. I refuse and told surely I will complain against you.
They must been stopped, they are doing this dirty shit in name of our "JAWANS".
