I purchased a new car and within ** days I found a cut on apollo tyre. When called to customer care , they are not at all interested in this matter, they simply asked for few photos and sent a report that this is not manufacturing defect. How come a new tyre get cut within ** days if manufacturing is of good quality.
Their customer case support is worst , they wont listen at all. Will not recommend apollo tyre to anyone.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
