ECOVAS INDIA - Customer support is not responding

I have purchased EVOCAS DEBOT Y* PRO through amazon with order # ***-*******-******* in July ****.
Currently the product is not working and trying to reach out to their customer support team, but the team is not responding on their toll free number **** *** ****. The issue is technical issue and company support team assistance is required to fix the issue.
But the negligence from their customer support is making the device that I purchased from them become useless and complete loss to me
