I booked * Superior Rooms
at Hotel Mandkini, Rudraprayag, through your website on **.**.****(Booking ID *********). I was made to pay Rs. *****/- for * rooms for one night stay@Rs.****/-, whereas the hotel displays Superior Room Charges for one night @Rs. ****/- only. This is completely incompatible pricing by Agoda, if correct Govt. taxes & service charges are included. I request that complete details of Govt. Taxes and service charge break up may be provided to me by Agoda.
Moreover, I have not been provided with rooms as reuested/promised.Not all rooms offer river view/mountain View, as promised.
Looking forward to immediate intervention and required action in the matter.
