Tripura State Electricity Corporation Ltd - Customer harassment

This is a very frequent problem which the customers are bound to face. From the time after the installation of digital bill collection system. More or less every month whenever we came to deposit the bill amount. The employees provide us a common answer 'নেট নাই' (means no internet connection). I don't know whether the reason is genuine or not ,but nowadays when there is no internet disturbance in any private agencies the electric offices are suffering with frequent internet problems and I don't think that any steps has ever been taken to resolve this problem by the appropriate authority. Due to COVID situation the bill makers are not approaching our homes every month, so we have to rush to the offices leaving our other stuffs to make our bills timely to avoid any unnecessary delay or fine but the almost every month we have to face such and such problems.
