Hathway braodband chennai - Customer care service rude

called me and told that there is an offer going you can pay *** rupees. I don't want to miss the offer and pay the amount online and I have proof for that....my plan didn't activate still now..it's been two days..and
I called called customer service help center ********** ..They picked one girl told that I'm going to check your account and later put my call on more ** mins.
Again I called customer care service one boy picked my call I said " can you hear me " and he said " I can't hear you " and cut my call immediately..and again called no one picked it...that it long *.** hours for me that's totally waste
