Cleartrip Pvt Ltd - Customer care not responding for flight reschedul

. My wife and I need to reschedule our flight departing **st March (* days from.now) , booked via Cleartrip.com Free rescheduling is available but only upto ** hours before flight departure. We have been trying to call their customer care number for.last * days but there is no response. We have repeatedly been placed on call waiting for more than ** minutes at length. Emails to their email id are bouncing back. If we don't reschedule/cancel flight in next ** hours, we will not get any refund and lose the entire trip amount of *****rs
