I have been trying to get in touch with this company for quite long time to get my issue addressed of sofa not reclining as bed however noone seems to be responding at all..Sofa is under warranty and invoice has been shared as well nothing seems to be moving at all.. There is no complaint email address being shared and I have been running around from Post to pillar to get this resolved.. I would need refund of this item now since noone seems to be keen in resolving this issue. Their after sales team doesn't exist. This company seems like a fraud.
