Hello sir,
I wanted to recharge my internet account. Unfortunately I had forgotten my account id. So I called customer care and asked for the same. And they gave me my old account id. So here is the thing I have been using Hathway since past * years. Last year I moved to a new location and took a new connection. As this is a prepaid connection there is no such things as pending bill. I came to know that now there are * accounts attached to my mobile number. I had told them to remove the old account and keep the new one only, Gods know what they did.
Now when I called them * days ago asking for account id, I clearly mentioned about the * account and so please check carefully and tell me the new one. Instead of that he gave me the old one. And then after an hour I checked and the internet didn't work. So I followed up with them they gave me surety that they have given me the new account no. I finally found me new account number myself and when I mentioned it they said sorry. And then took a complaint. After that I have no idea what they are doing. I am trying to follow up and it's been * days my internet is not working, because of that my work is getting hampered. I wanted to talk to their supervisor, I couldn't. I waited **mins on hold but no response. Yet in these * days they called me twice to inform me to recharge my account. It's a shame. There is no such things as customer care in this company. I don't know how many days they are gonna take to rectify it.
