My name is Gaurav Mehra,
I bought redmi note * u months ago, it Suddenly switched off after I plugged a aux cable. Now when I long press the power button mi screen comes and it turns off by itself. I went to the service centre in Krishna Nagar, delhi name as bxm .they charged *** for liquid testing of which I don't even know they tested or not .even I have never touched my phone with wet fingers but they said there is liquid in the device and we have to change the main board. They asked me to for an amount of ****inr which is a half value of the phone even in warranty. I picked my phone and went to a local repair shop. They tested it and said there is a fault in the Power IC. It will be ****,now my phone is packed in the box it came waiting for justice.. and * more thing there was a customer sitting next to me he had a charging jack issue, the employees charged ***inr which is supposed to be done in ***inr.
These situation shows how MI loot from there customers,how they make you pay for the fault that is not even there in device and get away with great revenue .
