Electricity department andaman - Currouption by government department

I would like to inform you that I'm a settler farmer or Baratang. On May ** I took a temporary meter connection from electricity department Baratang for welding work to repair my home. After returning my temporary connection I didn't get my bill till Oct ** while I asked to JE Baratang he forces me to pay bill of name S Sunder Malai Murgan Temple of the amount of dated ** Nov ** after paying that bill I asked about my bill he refuses to give me my bill and also I didn't get security deposit of Ty meter connection. So please resolve the issue it's a matter of corruption, issue me my original bill and refund my security deposit and amount that has taken from me forcefully
