Sunshine Trading Corporation - Current account

I had given the application for the new current account at Axis Bank branch code ***.
After money get deducted from my account they said me that there is a problem to open the account branch manager and one of the staff said me they wanted to visit at my registered place, I said not an issue u can visit anytime but they didn't came.
After that they said me account will not be opened hence we will refund the amount in Demand draft on the next day. But after that they fooled me by saying that daily tomorrow hence now I get frustrated from the false promises from the respective branch manager and one of the staff even they are not responding my call or messages .
Hence I wanted to raise the complaint against them and requesting to the nodal officer to take strictly action against them as they are misguiding the customers and ruining the Bank name
