I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the quality and safety of the food items being delivered. This is not just about money—it is about the health and safety of my family.
The products being delivered have a foul smell and appear to be damaged. Even after requesting a replacement, the same issue occurred again, with another damaged item that also had a bad odor. This is extremely concerning, especially because children consume these products without knowing the risk.
Recently, there have been tragic incidents of entire families suffering due to food poisoning. Situations like this make me deeply worried about what could happen if such unsafe products are consumed.
I visited the warehouse late at night (around ** PM) to report this issue, but the staff did not respond properly. I also contacted customer care multiple times, but they were unhelpful and even disconnected the calls without resolving my concern.
If anything happens to my family due to such negligence, who will take responsibility?
This kind of issue should not happen to any family. Strict legal action must be taken to ensure accountability. The company should be held responsible and required to pay compensation, and immediate corrective measures must be implemented to prevent such dangerous incidents in the future.
I request that appropriate legal action be taken at the earliest.
