On April *nd this year time **:** I deposited ***.* XLM token from a coindcx account to my coindcx account. The deposit is showing as completed on the source account but I haven’t received the funds in my account also no status or anything. I contacted the customer care since the day I didn’t receive my deposited funds, they mark my issue as resolved by saying “ no transaction hash so kindly send transaction hash, please check with the source account “ , and most of the time they mark my issue as resolved without any explanation. There’s no transaction hash received cause I transferred from coindcx to coindcx (same platform). This is the transaction ID: a*******-f***-****-b**f-*d**bb***c** (from source). They not solving my issue or to get my funds back.
