BitcoinIndia org - Crypto currency fraud

In November ****, I have added Rs *,**,***/- to my wallet in BitcoinIndia.org for purchase of crypto currency. I have purchased **** xrp(ripple coins) in november ****. Since then, I did no transactions. I wanted to sell my coins when the coin prices were at its peak(*.* Rs per coin in **** and *.* Rs per coin in ****) but couldn't sell as the withdrawal option is restricted to Rs **,***/-per month for old customers, which takes years to withdraw money.
Recently when I saw my wallet, **% of my coins worth * lakh rupees(as per current day price) have been charged as maintenance fee. Out of **** xrp coins I had, is now *** coins worth less than * lakh rupees.
Many people were cheated like this of their hard earned money( you can find the comments in BitcoinIndia.org app download in google play store). Literally looted in the name of maintenance fee, which was never communicated. Withdrawal is also not allowed. Once somebody adds money into this wallet, gets into trap where they cannot withdraw money and also transfer coins to other platforms. They mention technical issue when it comes to transfer of coins/sell and withdraw.
I need all my **** xrp coins back so that I can sell and withdraw amount as per current day market price.
