I have purchased crocs bayband clog white through crocs official website. The order was placed on December *nd **** and the product was delivered by *th December **** due to defect the product was returned on **st December ****.
The return of product was notified as rejected but neither the product was delivered back to me nor the amount I paid wasn’t refunded. I lost **** rs . And there is no response from the customer service. I tried to contact them many times.
