I Kaushank Khandwala underwent medical emergency treatment at Criticare Hospital Andheri west.
This claim was covered by Insurance policy Cashless from National Insurance Corporation. Rs ***** partial deposit was retained by Criticare Hospital subject to settlement of claim amount by insurance company.
The claim was subsequently settled by National Insurane Corporation but my deposit of thirty thousand as not been returned to me as yet.
