Crio Do - Crio Online Course

Dear Team,
This is Vinay Kulkarni. M based out of Bangalore and have applied for an online Software course in January-**** and the classes commenced from February-** and before that they were promising on Job Gurantee part on the courses they offer. Honestly I being from Non Tech background I was not aware software but on the call made by Crio clearly told that they will assist me in each step to understand the concepts clearly by having one on one sessions. Once the classes started and when we had doubts we have the real trouble to get in touch with them on Chats/Zoom calls. They take **-** minutes and they only record where in our systems have problems and could not login to Zoom call and when we approach them and waiting on chat/zoom calls, they do not have the records in their system. When we ask for help they say on that we do not provide any solutions that you need to find this on your own. As informed we being from Non tech background if we have to find on our own then we do not need the courses like this and for this they have made us to create Non Disclosure Agreement with Liquiloans and Paying EMI of Rs.****/- a month. Now with this Mental Torture I have my Panick attack revoked which was there almost *-* months back with Fluctation in Blood Pressure. The only reason to Join Crio is to get One on One help, which they do not support rather they say either they can arrange weekly or based on the request we submit / raise ticket to them. This will be tough for Non IT guy like me. Now I already have submitted my previous medical records which was * months back and told them to cancel as I am not comfortable with their approach of teaching and that is causing Panic disorders. If we complaint they made us to wait longer as I am working professional and have to be productive at our office as well. They will call us and repeatedly ask the same questions and always divert the topic and do not come for conclusion. They are not even sharing the escalation matrix to take this to next level. Hence request you to please help me on this to overcome and have my amount paid so far approximately Rs.**,***/- and stop my EMI for next ** months for Rs.****/-
