I enrolled in a course with Crio.Do and have paid ₹**,*** through an NBFC loan partner. I have had zero usage on the platform since enrollment. Despite raising multiple support tickets and emails since March, the company has refused to cancel my subscription or process a refund, citing their no-refund policy (Section *). No one-on-one support or human escalation has been provided — all communication has been limited to templated email responses. I am in severe financial distress and cannot continue payments for a service I have never used. I request a full refund of ₹**,*** and cancellation of my account and the linked EMI mandate."
