Shravin Labs Private Limited - Criminal Breach of TRUST 420 Case

Sub. : COMPLAINT against Mr.Sandeep Patil of SHRAVIN LABS - PUNE

I had placed the PURCHASE ORDER on ** May **** for NITRILE Examination Gloves *,*** Boxes at the price of Rs.***/- per Box plus GST with Mr.Sandeep Patil of SHRAVIN LABS PVT. LTD. No.*,*, Near VATIKA ASHRAM, WADKI, PUNE - *** *** whose contact Numbers are ***** ***** / ***** *****

His One more Address is ;
SHRAVIN LABS PVT. LTD.
PUNE - A **, Culture Crest, Spine Road, Moshi Pradhikaran, PCNTDA, PCMC, PUNE - *** ***.

For which he had given me the PROFORMA INVOICE for the same.
I had made the Payment through online NEFT Payment of Rs.*,**,***/- in * Parts, i.e. , on

** June **** Rs.*,**,***/-
TOTAL Rs.*,**,***/-

He had given me the Invoice copy also the Eway Bill for the same.
After which he had sent me the Photo of the Despatch details of TRACKON Couriers Docket
No.********** Dt.** June ****.

The Despatch details of TrackOn Couriers which he had sent to me, when I Track the Docket
No.********** in the Trackon Couriers Website it shows as Error Invalid Trackon No. I Detail Not found...

When I checked with TRACKON Couriers, I found out that he had Booked the Courier had Cancelled it Immediately.
When I am Calling his Mobile phone Numbers, " ***** ***** / ***** ***** " , he is not at all Answering my Calls and also his Phone is coming Switched OFF and Not Reachable.

And also he is not at all Replying to my SMS also to my WHATSAPP Messages.

I have been CHEATED by him completely and it is a Criminal Breach of TRUST & *** Case.
I am getting a lot of Tension Due to this Feeling very very Helpless.

I would be most Grateful to You if would kindly please look into the above mentioned matter and Help me to Resolve this Issue at the earliest please.
