WE HAVE BOOKED A HOTEL FOR OUR MEMBER IN NAINITAL, 'NAMED HOTEL LUXURY MOUNTAIN VIEW'. THERE IS A HUGE SCAM IN INITIATING THIS BOOKINGS AS SOME GOROOMGO CHAIN NOTIFY US THE HOTEL THAT IS MENTIONED BUT AFTER THE CONVERSATION ON THE CONTACT NUMBERS MENTIONED IN THE BOOKING VOUCHER. THEY WERE ENSURE US ABOUT THE PROPERTY BUT AFTER CHECK IN OUR MEMBER TOLD US THAT THE PROPERTY WE BOOKED WAS NOT SAME AS MENTIONED IN THE BOOKING VOUCHER. AND THEY GIVE CHECK IN SOME OTHER HOTEL NAMED ' THE MOON NAINITAL.
WE HAVE ALREADY PAY THE ADVANCE AMOUNT IN THE HOTEL. KINDLY REFUND OUR MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
