Amit Maheshwari filed complaint against Yatra Com on May 29, 2020
Booked flight tickets from Jaipur to Bangalore against PNR number: ZNB*YA, which got cancelled on **st March by airline due to nationwide lock down. Airline had refunded the money to Yatra.com and I could see the credit shell amount on the Manage Booking page on the Yatra.com portal.
when i try to book tickets by clicking on "Book Using Airline Credit" button, got following message "Your booking is not eligible for cancellation as you have already utilized the Airline PNR(s)."
I emailed to yatra support team on **th May ****, but they didn't reply till now, so lodging a complaint here for the issue. I need my money back immediately, so that I will book the flight tickets.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
