Zudio Ahmedabad - CREDIT NOTE ISSUE

I bought **** product from Zudio South Bopal, Ahmedabad. But returned it and got a credit note for the amount. After some time i went to Zudio near Law Garden, Ahmedabad store they said you can redeem from bopal store only. I had to leave suddenly for my hometown in Kutch. Meanwhile the date of credit note got expired. So now the company has the product and money both. Leaving me with a loss of Rs. ****. What kind of policy is this?
