Star Bazaar and Zudio - Credit note from Zudio was redeemed in STAR Bazaar which I didn t

Hi Team,

I received a credit note from Zudio ST** on **th September with number - **XXXXX**

When I went to redeem it after a week in Zudio, they told me that it is already redeemed in Star Bazaar ST**. Whereas nor me or any of my known person never went to get it redeemed.

Even after following up since *-* Days, I haven't heard anything positive yet.

I want my money back, it looks like a manual error from the STAR Bazaar cashier while entering the credit note manually when the customer showed the copy virtually.

Please provide a speedy solution to this issue.
Attaching the credit note which was shared with me, and the star bazar invoice which I got from the store on which my credit note was redeemed without my knowledge.
