Deepak Sood filed complaint against Hdfc Bank Credit Card Division on Mar 25, 2019
My complaint is regarding the below-mentioned transactions done on my card without my knowledge. I have not done these transactions as well as I have not authorized anybody to do these transactions on behalf of me. I have not revived any otp on my phone or on my email. My phone and card are still in my custody. I have requested the bank so many times to resolve this and even blocked my card on the very same day. I raised the first request, also I have made a police complaint about unauthorized transactions done on my credit card. The disputed transactions details are as under:
