ICICI Bank Coral Credit Card *************** issued to me on NOV-**** as a life time free card.On receipt of the bill in the month of DEC-** I observed that they have charged me for the said card. Immediately i send a mail on **.**.**** for surrender of the card and refund of joining fee since it was a clear case of miss selling.To my utter surprise last month I received my Credit card statement where they have charged me renewal fees for the surrendered card.Again I lodged a complaint to their customer care quoting my previous email dated **.**.**** and they confirm they will cancel the said card and refund the amount.but again to my utter surprise I received a mail on **.**.** from customer service manager of icici bank stating that the card is canceled in card level on December **, **** so I will have to pay the renewal charges.I had requested them to cancel my card on **.**.**** ,is it my fault if they have not cancelled the same in card level???I request you to take up my complaint and resolve the issue for the unnecessary harassment and mental agony done by ICICI Bank Credit card department.
