I took painting service from No broker and got the quote for the same, i was given a link to do the first instalment and when i tried for the first time the transaction failed and i tried paying it again and it got successful when i check with one card my credit card company they mentioned that both the transaction are settled to No Broker and it should be in suspend account of No Broker now the team is asking for UTR number and not sure how to get the same i am getting ping ponged between the one card help desk and the no broker customer support both of them are not supporting and i am struck in the middle.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
