Clear my dues - Credit card payment done after that Person is not responding

Hi Team,
For my standard chartered credit card I have bill payment after getting multiple call from Clear dues , so that my Cibil score should improve.
Shivam Singh was name of person , he send me link and I have done payment . But now he is not receiving the call and not even replying to messages.
