Sbi Bank - Credit card payment

Respected sir/madam,

My self mukesh pathak. As per my pervious interaction with sbi Executive , collection team and nodel officer, they are not take it seriously. They are pressurized me for payment.

For ur information ,when sbi executive was called me first time for credit card. I was ask ,about all rules . But she told me that sbi and itctc have provide u this card and u can clear ur outstanding after * year,no will pressurized u .whatever ur outstanding.

Note: credit card issued me without my sign on any documents.u can check my application form which was not signed by me.

I agree ,i have used this card, and i m ready for payment. But now i m jobless from dec to till now. I told him i will pay me outstanding amount from august in part wise.

But they are continuing calling to my family and father and telling lie" that ur son have used ur signature for loan ".

I have marked this mail to "Sbi nodel officer" but again ,he also telling same thing .
