Dreamplug paytech solutions Mumbai - Credit card issue

I received a call from axis bank credit card department on **th October ****. After revealing every detail of my creditcard I trust them as Bank. They asked my permission to upgrade credit limit and upon receiving otp i gave them. Later I find rs. *****/- drawn from my account fraudulently in favour of Dreamplug paytech solutions Mumbai.
I immediately blocked my card and complained to Bank. They took the complaint and replied that they cannot do anything because the payment by me is two way autherised.
