Nobroker Technologies - Credit Card Fraud Transaction

On **/**/**** late night an amount of Rs **,***.** is debited from my credit card. I've noticed this later and have no idea how this happened. I haven't shared any OTP or other information with anyone. On the next day itself i have contacted the axis bank customer care and filed a complaint regarding the same. They told me to wait till the enquiry from their side. They also told that i will get the update within ** days. But totally disappointed with the result. They are saying this is a fault from my side. But i don't know how this happened in the first place. Now the bank is asking to pay the amount to avoid dues. I can't simply give away my hard earned money like that for a fraud transaction which i don't have any knowledge about.
