I have made a purchase of INR ***** in October **** from amazon which was converted into * month EMI from ICICI Credit card till March ****. But only the order of worth **** was delivered by amazon and rest order could not be completed as the items got damaged during delivery and The Amazon refunded all the amount in October in ICICI credit card account itself excepts upfront discount of INR ***** that is being levied on the card. Even after the receipt of payment of the amount that the ICICI did not cancelled the EMI. They are demanding the upfront discount of INR *****. I have complained via email and customer care but no action is taken till date.
