Dear Sir,
I had made HDFC credit card bill for card ending **** payment of Rs *,**,*** on **/**/**** using KVB netbanking Billdesk gateway but the payment got failed in the payment gateway. I had also made complaint to mobikwik customer support with ticket I'd ******** on **/**/****. Your customer support team told that within *- ** working days my money will be credited to my account. But till today **/**/**** the amount is not credited. Your customer support ticket I'd ******** on Dec * told that transaction was unsuccessful and would be reversed to the same bank account. Regarding this issue I had asked the BILLDESK through mail on **/**/**** and they also told that the transaction is successfully settled on **/**/**** to the merchant Mobikwik. My bank also confirms that the the transaction is settled to the merchant. You are holding my money from **/**/**** to **/**/**** ** days and you have to pay me interest for the same. Please find the attached bank statement, support ticket reply of mobikwik and reply from bill desk and my bank confirming that transaction is successfully settled.
Kindly process me refund and share refund reference no immediately as money is lying with you only. Bill desk transaction no ZKVB**********. Mobikwik trans no. **********b*a. Pls resolve.
