I applied for simply save card of sbi but I got the sbi prime card .then I called customer care and raised the complain that I got wrong card I applied for simple save card then they took the request and processed one simply save card . When I login into app . They asked me to pay the annual charge of both the card . It’s means they forcing me to pay for prime card which I got because of their mistakes. I called customer care . Please help me my contact number is **********
