ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD - Credit card

My name is lovish handa my credit card no is **************** m from Zirakpur punjab my consern is about fake commitment done by icici bank employee bhupinder Singh and akansha mam manager Chandigarh branch sector ** I have received a call from bhupinder sir that ur credit card payment is pending after our conversation bhupinder sir had done a commitment of waiver if I pay amount of my minimum due he will do grant me waiver I have his proof also after my payment is done which is of ***** on * November **** he didn't respond to my calls and started ignoring me then he mentioned her senior akansha mam from Chandigarh branch sector ** manager akansha mam will grant waiver I don't have the power to give waiver she will give waiver and solve my case but both of them Bhupinder sir and Akanksha mam did not resolved my problem my bill was going high then after also I payed my minimum bill till Feb **** I used to call them but also but sometimes they pick call again give me false commitment that I will do u waiver but know my bill is going high bank had granted me ***** limit from * Nov **** I have done u have given ***** and minimum due till Feb that is ***/**** every month till Feb I have loss in business then also I some how arranged money now my total bill is *****.** plz after carona business is not working bank is harassing me plz help I have call recordings whatup chat also after loss in business and carona survival is tough bank is not helping plz help my contact no is ********** my mail id is lovishhanda*@gmail.com plz resolve my issue as soon as possible my due date is on ** July I have previously complaint on ICICI Bank customer care and RBI but none of them resolve my problem
