I bought a sound bad in Oct ** and within * months of purchase it started craving noise in woofer. I logged a ticket on * Jan and post that logged * more tickets. All the tickets were closed without any resolution. Problem is when u call customer care they ask to log new ticket. Really annoyed after purchasing this product and pathetic customer
