Order Placed ** days ago.
No update received . Following on mail in order to know the status on crazefobia@gmail.com but not revert.
Try to call on customer care **********, they mentioned order is cancelled as servers are upgrading.
when asked for refund , they advised to download AnyDesk and Sms to phone application.
Shared google document to input details of card details to process refund.
But then receive a SMS with OTP for *****/ transaction,
which i denied to share then they used abusive language and disconnected call.
Trying connecting again but not receiving call
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
