Alapan Bag filed complaint against Bajaj Auto Mobile on Jan 11, 2020
I mr Shibsankar Bag from vill Srikrishna pur, P. O -Sukdebpur, bought a new bike on ** th December ****,from OSL AMTALA SHOWROOM.
In the time of handover this bike the showroom staffs are not checked it out. After * day off buying it when I open the seats I noticed that there is no first aid kit no tool kit which is giving by the company bt they are missing in the bike. Then I remove the seats I noticed that there is a crack in the both side of the joining of TAIL PANEL and it is a serious issue with the bike. If they are not change the TAIL PANEL will be broke.
And it was not see outside of the bike bt when I remove sits I noticed it.
The showroom manager was told me that you received this bike and taken my signature after give me the bike. And give this broken TAIL PANEL bike. And told me if there is any problem with the bike call him and he will solved it out. But when I saw the cracks and go to the showroom and told my problem he was not coordinate with me. And also told me that if you received this bike we have no responsible for it. And you inform it at police station and consumer forum office they don't solve it also. After that he told me that I have not time to talk to you and I don't any responsibility for it. If it is problem go and change the TAIL PANEL by your own expenses. And also told me that showroom has a huge channel so you can not do anything. Also accused me it is my problem that I not checked it. But sir it was a inner place cracked & during the handover they told me their is no problem so would not need for opening the sits. I thought that they have information about the cracks so they don't open the sits and would not seen it to me. I have the money receipt and owner Manuel book the paper are not come. I sent a mail also to the showroom & the company. But they are not talking to me and not taking any action also.
I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.
