I have booked a flight from Bangalore to Kolkata. The ticket sent by Happyeasygo had a checklist mentioned but without covid test mandatory mentioned. Due to this we were not allowed to onboard the flight. Had requested refund for same but was denied. Happyeasygo should take responsibility of it's mistake. Not only we suffered great loss but was not able to give my exam
