Sum Hospital - COVID REPORT INVALID
Monalisa Pattnaik filed complaint against Sum Hospital on Oct 5, 2020
On October *st they have taken a swab test for Covid RTPCR test as it was mandatory to get the patient admitted for dialysis. On October *th they said that report was invalid and asked to get the patient again for swab test and again pay **** for the test. Firstly if the report was invalid its the hospital irresponsibility and why the patient need to suffer and pay for it again and there should be a home collection available for patients who are unable to travel and its not possible for them to travel to hospital for getting the tests done again for hospital irresponsibility.
