SECURITAS INDIA - COVID Deceased EMPOLYEE of SECURITAS Family sufferring as Company submitted wrong details to PF OFFI

Dear Sir,
This is regarding Late Sri JADALA GANESH of JAGANGUDA VILLAGE, MUDUCHINTALPALLY MANDALAM, SHAMIRPET, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA, PF UAN# ************. He is my Brother-in-law who expired on *th May'**** with COVID disease at ESIC MEDICAL COLLEGE HOSPITAL, SANATHNAGAR, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA. He was working as a Security Officer with SECURITAS INDIA, Dwarka Central, *rd Floor, Plot No.**, MADHAPUR, HYDERABAD-****** and placed with NOVARTIS Co. at Turkpally, Telangana. The concern is my Brother-in-law expired while in Service with COVID Disease. He is eligible for EDLI Amount (~*Lakhs) as per COVID RELIEF SCHEME from EPFO, Barkathpura Office, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA. But due to SECURITAS Co. HR Senior Manger Mr.Srinivas Reddy negligency he has reported last working date of my Brother-in-law as *days (**-APR-****) early to his Death Date, due to which PF Office has rejected EDLI benefits with reason "DEATH AWAY FROM SERVICE". We have proper Death Ceritificate & Death Summary from Hospital with ESIC Hospital seal. We all know ESIC Hospital services are eligible only for the Employees in SERVICE. We are following up with SECURITAS Office HR Team SINCE June'** & met Mr.Manna Kumar Das (General Manager, Manager Compliance & Governance), initially they said they will submit a explanation letter to PF Office & resolve it & we waited for more than * Year but they have not submitted any letter & delayed the process. PF Office has rejected the EDLI application & processed PF PENSION. We met PF Office Commissioner & submitted a grievance personally but he confirmed post completing PENSION process, EDLI application cannot be reconsidered as it is closed with "DEATH AWAY FROM SERVICE" reason. My Brother-in-law was only **Yrs Old & the only Income earner in his family and left Wife & * kids behind. This Amount is a big relief & support for their future. I request you to please intervene and take a proper action on SECURITAS Office HR Team for their negligence & help in getting EDLI Benefits for my Brother-in-laws family. - Regards, Nagaraj Narani, **********.
