Hi, I booked air ticket from bigbreaks on **-Feb-**** for my wife & kid , to travel from Ahmedabad to Pune on **-Mar-****. This ticket was cancelled due to Covid outbreak. Later spcejet put the amount in credit shell as per Govt guidelines. Since we could not utilize the credit shell amount so I finally contacted spice jet in Apr-**** to refund the amount. They confirmed me on email that amount has been refunded to travel agency (BigBreaks) & I need to contact it for refund. Since then, we are continulsy trying to contact BigBreaks over email/support phone but could not any reponse from them. Please help
