Lakme Academy Aptech surat - Course Transfer or Fee Refund

Hello i am Student of Lakme Academy, Surat, Gujarat
I am writing this letter to submit my request for a course transfer based on health issues/medical grounds. I have been suffering from High BP and Chronic Kidney Disease since November **** .(On Steroid Since December ****),As you are aware, I was on leave for * Months ( Nov - Jan) because of my health issue. I was given a long list of precautions to be kept in mind in relation with food and lifestyle practices. It requires me to travel *-* kilometers a day by public transport to reach academy that is too problematic for me in this physical condition. But because I am staying away from my family because of my course, I am unable to follow the list of do’s and don’ts given by the doctor because, after class, it is not possible for me to focus on these guidelines. And as a result, my recovery has been poor.
kindly consider my request for a Course Transfer to our (Lakme Academy, Bhopal,M.P) where my family puts up.
Kindly transfer me to Lakme Academy,Bhopal (M.P.), as it is near my residence and requires less travel. I will be anxiously waiting for your response and me and my family will be very thankful to you if you accept this request.
I allready send *-* requesting E- Mails for Course Transfer or Fee refund at customercare@aptech.ac.in
and Whatsapp my all Medical reports in Lakme Academy Surat, but they didn't take things seriously.
