Byjus online classes - course started by telling lies

byjus called for online classes for my son aditya agarwal class * online class and had a video confrencing for * hour with sukjeet singh and than dashmesh who is the main culprit behind all this who sold us the course by telling all lies just to sell the course and than he totally vanished after that day. heassured us for a free class of ** days and than after our concern he will punch either for * yrs course or * yr course but without our knowledge they punched for * yrs course and started sending us emi mail of around rs. **** for ** months ,which i had previously mentioned dashmesh to not take any id or process any thing before ** days free class ,but they send the course books and a tab for course that we have not asked for , now as we decided for * yr course which was assured for ***** thay say they will charge ***** as tab cost has to be given which we have not asked for as we have pad of our own and no one said that it will be chargebale. as i said i am not ready to take any course with byjjus they started blackmailing us by saying that finance department will file case against us and our cibil will be effected, we dont want to take any course with such fraud company anf ready to return tab and all course book which we had never asked for , but they not ready for anything , thay say we have pay the emi and take the course, such a liar and fraud company, i want to sue the company and take legal action against the company. they have send around *** msg asking to pay emi and made aroud *** calls to harass us . even a credit card or bank loan company does not harass so much.
