Classplus application - Course Sold Without Full Information

I recently purchased the 'Financial Management Semester *' on **/**/**, but I'm unable to watch any of the content on my laptop. I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including using different browsers, clearing cache and cookies, and even trying another device, but nothing works.

It was not made clear before purchasing that the course content is only accessible on mobile devices. This lack of information has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience, as I primarily use my laptop for online courses.

I feel misled and disappointed, and I believe I have wasted my money on a course that I cannot properly access. I am requesting a full refund for the purchase. I have attached my proof of purchase for your reference.

Please address this matter urgently and process my refund as soon as possible. This situation has been very frustrating, and I would appreciate your prompt attention to resolving it.
